Yes! Our packaging is totally recyclable, both the glass jar and lid can be placed with recycling collections. Our pouches are biodegradable and fully recyclable also.

The directions for each supplement are printed on the label near the ingredients.

Yes our capsules can be opened and added to drinks and food stuffs however we recommend taking them in capsule form if possible for best absorption.
