Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or less. Once your order is packaged and sent, you will receive a confirmation email. In the unlikely event of any delays, we will promptly notify you, and you always have the option to cancel your order. Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address when placing your order. 

In most cases, our delivery times are 2-4 working days. In addition, we offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery options upon checking out which are delivered within 1-2 working days.

Our team strives to operate with utmost efficiency in picking and packing your items. However, due to the nature of our process, we have a limited window for making changes. We offer two royal mail shipping options:

• Standard Tracked (2-4 business days):
  - Free for subscription orders
  - Free for orders over £25
  - £1.99 for orders under £25
  
  
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
  - £2.99 for orders under £25

At present, international shipping is not available; however, we are actively working towards introducing this option in the near future.
